Built on the idea that clients deserve straight answers.
Khatri Law House was founded in 2017 by Advocate Roshan Khatri, built on a simple idea: clients deserve to understand their own case, not just be told to trust the process. That commitment to clear, honest communication is still the standard every member of our team is expected to meet, whether a matter is being argued in court or explained over a phone call. It is a standard we hold ourselves to on every case we take on, regardless of how large or small the matter may seem.
Our story
What began as a single advocate's practice in Lucknow has grown steadily over the years into a full-service firm handling matters across family, criminal, corporate, civil, and international law. In the early years, Advocate Roshan Khatri built the practice one case and one client relationship at a time, taking on matters personally and making sure every client understood exactly where their case stood.
As the caseload grew, so did the team, but the founding approach did not change. Every advocate who joined the firm was trained to explain matters plainly, keep clients informed without being asked, and treat each case with the same care as if it were their own. That discipline is part of why the firm has been able to take on more complex work, including corporate disputes and cross-border matters, without losing the personal attention clients expect from a smaller practice.
Today, Khatri Law House has represented clients in over 800 matters spanning family disputes, criminal defense, corporate advisory work, High Court appearances, and labour and civil litigation. The firm has grown in size since 2017, but the underlying promise has not changed: clients should never have to guess what is happening with their own case.

What we believe
Plain language, always
If we can't explain a strategy in a sentence you'd use with a friend, we haven't finished thinking it through.
Your case, not a caseload
We limit how many active matters we carry at once, so you're never competing for attention.
Honest odds
We'll tell you when a case is strong and, just as readily, when it isn't. That's what you're paying for.
